The Service and its original content (excluding files uploaded by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PDF Attach and its licensors. You retain all rights to the files you process using our Service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the Service to upload, transmit, or process any files that: (a) Infringe on any intellectual property rights; (b) Contain malware, viruses, or harmful code; (c) Are illegal, harassing, or violate any applicable laws.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ('Subscription(s)'). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ('Billing Cycle'). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Attach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data (including your documents), use, or goodwill, resulting from: (a) Your use or inability to use the Service; (b) Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
